Your network is so impressive, and I want to build mine using LinkedIn as well! The problem is that I've filled out all the required information but still feel like I need more.

I want to be an open networker but I also worry about the downside of doing that. How can I avoid accepting invitations from fake LinkedIn profiles? I'm sure LinkedIn is doing their part to minimize this problem but do you have any recommendations on how to spot fake LinkedIn profiles?
