Who I am: Expert organization effectiveness consultant with over 20 years of experience in multiple industries, focused on organization development, strategic planning, leadership development, executive coaching, succession planning, communication design and implementation
What I do: Focus on the people side of business; help you paint the big picture (strategy, analysis, needs assessment, process) and step into that picture to make the details come to life (tactics, plans, and details); help you develop high-performing teams connected to business results to support and implement your strategic mission and vision
Value I deliver: Deep skill in leadership and team development tied directly to work process innovation and results. Unique ability to talk to almost anyone, create rapport, identify salient issues, create a plan, and provide tools for implementation. Inclusive style matched with ability to make decisions and run with the ball.
Philosophy and tools: Generative, building on core strength and passion; focus on the facts while drawing on creative options; choose/create/build the right solution based on past experience or focused research; pictures and color are often more effective and inclusive than the usual report.
